The team is seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and proactive individuals who are passionate about project management and software development. You will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, governance, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance standards.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development and project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience required: 5-8 years in software development and project management roles.
