Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform development strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and team management, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools, such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
