The team is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer Principal to join their dynamic team in India. This role is pivotal in defining and driving the end-to-end technology solutions that will enhance the loan and homeownership experience for consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices in software development and testing.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on system architecture and design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
