The team is seeking a Software Development Engineer III (Java Backend) to join their B2B Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the platform that supports enterprise sales and revenue management for clients globally. You will tackle real challenges in a high-ownership environment that emphasizes cloud-native microservices, where your engineering efforts will have a direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Experience with databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in backend development.
