About this role
The team is seeking a Software Development Engineer III with a strong backend focus to join their Crew Team in Bangalore. This team is responsible for building an AI-powered concierge and customer experience platform that enhances user interactions. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the full stack, which includes intelligent conversational agents, real-time chat infrastructure, CRM systems, internal operations dashboards, and user management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement backend systems that support millions of daily customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in backend development with a strong understanding of server-side languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience: 6-8 years in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
