The team is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their Concessions Tech team. This role is crucial in enhancing the Customer Service experience by developing innovative products that cater to both customers and Customer Service Associates. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless self-service solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance customer service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on customer-facing applications.
