Software Developer II (REACT Front-End)

The team is seeking a Software Developer II with a focus on React front-end development to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating innovative web experiences and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and document front-end features for web applications using React.
• Implement UI flows that support automations and communications for fitness entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with developers and QA Engineers to design, develop, test, and release new features.
• Maintain code quality and participate in code reviews, taking ownership of front-end components.
• Engage in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Work with a cross-functional team to transform ideas into unique, user-friendly experiences.
• Utilize Agile and Lean methodologies supported by DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development using React.
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals and component-driven UI.
• Familiarity with modern quality and testing principles.
• Basic knowledge of code versioning tools and a willingness to learn.

It’s great to have:

• Strong TypeScript experience.
• Experience with design systems or component libraries.
• Understanding of React Native.
• Familiarity with Angular and continuous deployment tooling.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Interest in CRM or data-intensive product domains.

Experience: 3-5 years in relevant software development roles.
