About this role
The team is seeking a Software Developer to support the needs of intermediate developers within the Analyst Developer job family. This role will focus on delivering solutions using the low-code FNZ Studio platform while providing a foundation for developing essential business, technical, and professional skills necessary for effective development. The position also serves as a launching pad for transitioning into Senior Analyst Developer roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver software solutions using the FNZ Studio platform.
- Collaborate with team members to meet delivery obligations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions.
- Engage in ongoing learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in low-code development platforms, preferably FNZ Studio.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development.
