The team is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join their Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning features across the backend API, async worker infrastructure, and third-party integrations that support their innovative recruitment automation platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend API features to enhance platform functionality.
- Manage async worker infrastructure to ensure efficient processing of tasks.
- Integrate third-party services, including Lever ATS and SendGrid, to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend development languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with API design and development.
- Familiarity with async programming and worker architectures.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations and working with job boards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping features in production.
