About this role
The team is seeking a Software Consultant - NextGen (Full Stack) to join their dynamic team. This role requires a versatile developer who can manage both front-end and back-end development tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get code into production efficiently, including new features, configuration changes, bug fixes, and experiments.
- Design, create, and evolve user-facing applications that are scalable, maintainable, secure, aesthetic, and usable within browser constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
