SOC Analyst (L2)

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled SOC Analyst (L2) to join the team Security Operations Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and investigating security alerts, correlating events across multiple technologies, supporting incident response activities, and improving detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and investigate security alerts to determine their legitimacy.
• Correlate events across various security technologies to identify potential threats.
• Support incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security monitoring strategies.
• Document findings and provide detailed reports on incidents and investigations.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance overall security posture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in SOC operations or a related cybersecurity role.
• Strong knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Familiarity with incident response processes and methodologies.
• Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or Security+ are a plus.
