The team is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data models and pipelines to support analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
