About this role
The team is seeking an Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software and systems engineering to build and maintain large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that both internal and external services meet or exceed reliability and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
