About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow (SPM) Developer to join their team in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the areas of Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services, focusing on SPM and ITBM modules.
- Implement and maintain Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial and Portfolio Management functionalities.
- Utilize JavaScript and Flow Designer for scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables with Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong experience in ServiceNow platform and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong understanding of Agile and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM).
- Experience with Agile Development, APM, or Enterprise Architecture modules.
