About this role
The team is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in ITSM Integrations to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement solutions that enhance the ServiceNow platform's capabilities, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement ITSM integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on ITSM integrations.
