About this role
The team is an international system integrator focused on mobile and user experience (UX), delivering digital maintenance and service management solutions to clients globally. They are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Implementation Lead specializing in FSM (Field Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management).
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful project delivery, and managing client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow applications tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, particularly FSM and CSM.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with ServiceNow standards.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically in FSM and CSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes.
- Proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and project management.
