About this role
The team is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to play a pivotal role in the development of highly scalable Enterprise Applications. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Technical Architects and Development Leads to understand project requirements and ensure effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze requirements.
- Utilize Java 8, J2EE, and related Java technologies in application development.
- Apply design patterns to create robust and maintainable code.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years of IT experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8, J2EE, and related technologies.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Familiarity with design patterns and best coding practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
