In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design applications that effectively meet business process needs. You will play a critical role in the implementation of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, providing technical expertise in ServiceNow Tools Administration, and developing comprehensive technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define application requirements.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in the administration and configuration of ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for processes and applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and related tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Tools Administration and configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and administration.
