The team is seeking a highly certified and experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and maintain system integrity through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and features to leverage new functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficient in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
