About this role
The team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM implementations using leading technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing for ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and execute test cases, document results, and track defects.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ITOM testing, preferably within ServiceNow.
