About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Servicenow ITOM Developer with a strong background in the Discovery and ITOM domain on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Certificate Management, and AI OPS, along with a solid understanding of AWS and Azure cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
- Manage Certificate Management processes and AI OPS functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM modules effectively.
- Troubleshoot and configure IT Infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Provide support and enhancements for existing ITOM modules such as Event Management and Cloud Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- More than 4 years of experience in the Discovery and ITOM domain on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong implementation knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
- Proficient in AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience Level:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in ITOM and ServiceNow development.
