The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow - HRSD Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced development expertise in ServiceNow, focusing on HR Service Delivery solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex workflows, custom applications, and enhancing user interfaces to improve overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master advanced scripting using JavaScript, Glide Script, and ServiceNow APIs to create complex workflows and customizations.
- Develop scalable and maintainable custom applications utilizing ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.
- Customize user interfaces through Service Portal, UI Builder, or custom widgets to enhance UI/UX.
- Create and manage Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions to extend ServiceNow functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio and App Engine for custom application development.
- Strong understanding of Service Portal, UI Builder, and custom widgets.
- Familiarity with HR Service Delivery processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in HRSD.
