The team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer / Security Architect to join their team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GRC implementation, customization, integration, and security architecture. This role is crucial for ensuring that governance, risk, and compliance processes are effectively managed and integrated within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow GRC platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Integrate GRC processes with existing systems and workflows.
- Develop and maintain security architecture to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of GRC functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC Governance, Risk & Compliance modules.
- Proven track record in GRC platform implementation and customization.
- Knowledge of security architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 15 years of full-time education.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC development and security architecture.
