About this role
The team is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) Specialist to join their team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial for enhancing the Architecture Repository and strengthening the Enterprise Architecture practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow and a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, administer, and optimize the ServiceNow Architecture Repository.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement architecture standards and best practices.
- Drive the scalability of architecture management capabilities across the organization.
- Analyze current architecture and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in the adoption of enterprise architecture frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow and enterprise architecture.
