About this role
The team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow application development and administration, specifically across at least two modules such as ITSM, HR, ITOM, or Custom Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer ServiceNow applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Create and manage catalogs, business rules, scripting, and workflows using Flow Designer.
- Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) and manage integrations with various third-party systems.
- Utilize REST APIs to build integrations and enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow application development and administration.
- Certified ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in at least two modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
