About this role
The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to join their team in Gurgaon or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for optimizing asset management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions to enhance asset management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including scripting for Business Rules and Client Scripts.
- Ensure integration of Asset Management with CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, and Procurement workflows.
- Conduct testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and HAM Pro implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, and Procurement workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules and Client Scripts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in IT and ServiceNow development.
