The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to enhance and support various IT service management processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow design.
- Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
