The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow design.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or related fields.
