Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience: 5-8 years in ServiceNow development or related fields.
