The team is seeking a talented and ambitious ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be accountable for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting and integration.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or related fields.
