The team is seeking a skilled professional for ServiceNow Custom Application Creation to design, develop, and implement bespoke solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ITSM modules, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations to build robust applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Utilize Service Portal Development to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with various ServiceNow APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Develop and manage workflows and UI components to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages used within the ServiceNow environment.
- Experience in Service Portal Development and creating custom UI components.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and application creation.
