About this role
The team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB AIOps Developer to enhance their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for leveraging AIOps to improve IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement AIOps strategies to optimize IT operations and incident management.
- Collaborate with ITOM and ITSM teams to integrate ServiceNow functionalities.
- Utilize JavaScript and Glide Scripting for custom development and automation.
- Design and implement REST APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Utilize Flow Designer for process automation and workflow management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on CMDB and AIOps.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITOM and ITSM practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
