About this role
The team is seeking a ServiceNow Capability Lead to join their team in Kansas City or Raleigh, NC. This role will require the individual to take end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and IT Risk Management (IRM). The position requires a commitment of 3 days onsite for the first 90 days, with Wednesdays being mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-domain backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enhance and mature ServiceNow capabilities, specifically in SecOps and IRM modules.
- Oversee the creation and adoption of user stories and related processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in SecOps, GRC, and IRM.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and related domains.
