The team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and SecOps to join their team. This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of GRC and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC and SecOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the design and configuration of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on GRC and SecOps functionalities.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow GRC and SecOps.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
