Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules to fit specific business processes.
- Manage and administer the ServiceNow instance, including user management, security roles, and access control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to enhance system functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
