About this role
The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise service management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Provide technical leadership for custom development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with custom development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
