About this role
The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecture, with proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and customization of at least two ServiceNow modules, such as SPM, ITAM, and App Engine.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture (3 to 6 years).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
