About this role
The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join their Knowledge Centre India (KCI). This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiencies and enhancing service offerings within the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to support the firm's business lifecycle and ensure the integrity of the CMDB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CMDB to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CMDB enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits of the CMDB to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes for configuration management.
- Provide training and support to users to promote effective use of the CMDB.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically with CMDB management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and configuration management principles.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
