About this role
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer for a remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, Moveworks, AI integrations, and enterprise service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and deploy ServiceNow Now Assist AI capabilities and Moveworks integrations.
- Develop reusable AI solutions and standardized platform components.
- Design secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and organizational standards.
- Manage AI lifecycle activities including deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, and security teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- 1+ year of experience working with ServiceNow Now Assist or AI capabilities.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Moveworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and scripting.
- Strong understanding of HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, and Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
- Knowledge of platform architecture, AI governance, security & privacy, and AI lifecycle management.
Experience: 5-8 years.
