The team is seeking a skilled Service Now IRM Developer to join their dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, with a focus on Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor/Third Party Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the IRM/GRC module.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Strong understanding of Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Management.
- Proficient in scripting languages and ServiceNow development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
