About this role
The team is seeking a Service Now Developer CSM/FSO to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the existing core FSO platform functionality while also extending the platform's capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the existing ServiceNow FSO platform.
- Develop and implement new features and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure best practices are followed in the development and deployment processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in CSM and FSO modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
