The team is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to join their team. This role is crucial for enhancing and maintaining the Workday platform to support various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday development and a passion for leveraging technology to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Workday platform.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Workday integrations and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Workday development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Reporting.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and calculated fields.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
