The team is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a talented individual with extensive experience in product design, particularly for SaaS and enterprise products. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end UX design process, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user pain points and workflows.
- Create user journey maps and task flows to enhance product usability.
- Develop interaction designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Perform usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on design goals.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product design, specifically for SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing detailed case studies of past projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and product thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in UX/UI design, with a focus on product design.
