About this role
The team is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join their innovative team at the ANSR MedTech Capability Center. This new global hub is focused on driving advancements in the MedTech sector and requires a skilled professional to enhance user experiences across their products.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and development of user-centered interfaces for various MedTech applications.
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve product usability.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensuring consistency in design across all platforms and products by establishing and maintaining design guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience required: 5-8 years in UX design or a related field.
