The team is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user experience across their pipeline AI platform, ensuring that B2B enterprises can effectively align and execute their account-based go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement user experience strategies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in UX design or related field.
