The team is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join their team in Noida. This role is essential for bridging the gap between design and engineering by building, maintaining, and scaling design systems across multiple products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend engineering and experience with design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and production-ready components.
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products.
- Implement best practices for usability and accessibility in design and development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on design implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in UX engineering or a related field.
