About this role
The team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in UX design or a related field.
