About this role
The team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their innovative team focused on transforming the property intelligence landscape. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing user experiences for enterprise customers, particularly in the property maintenance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate user interactions and experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
- Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
