About this role
The team is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a mobile-first approach to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing an AI-powered productivity platform that integrates various tools such as email, calendar, tasks, notes, contacts, and messaging. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for mobile applications, focusing on user experience and interface design.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, particularly for mobile platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly for mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively convey design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile-first strategies.
