Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to craft interfaces that are functional and scalable.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve the design process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in designing for AI-driven applications is a plus.
Experience: 5-8 years in UI/UX design.
